Requirements:
- Dishwashing experience and extensive knowledge of how to operate industrial dishwashing machines
- Knowledge of cleaning and kitchen hygiene standards
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Open and flexible with working hours (evenings/nights, weekends)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for operating dishwashing machines in 5 different dishwashing stations at the hotel
- You will have to make sure all clean items are organized and returned to where it belongs
- Dishwashing areas clean and tidy/organized
- Taking out trash
- Operating food waste grinder in a respective manner and following guidelines
- You will have open and close communication with other F&B departments and make operational improvements for the Stewarding operations to run smoothly.
