Description and Requirements
名称：STPM软件技术项目经理
职责：
- 负责联想会议产品和AI交互产品（客户端&云端）的软件技术项目管理。
- 组织团队的敏捷迭代，担任scrum master的职责。
- 负责产品生命周期内的各方协调，与产品PO、UE/UI、编程、测试、安全等角色人员紧密协作，确保项目按期交付。
- 协调和管理软件的生命周期，从定义、计划、研发、验收、上市到用户体验反馈。
- 参与产品定义及技术方案选型，技术成熟度评估，技术问题协调解决等。
要求：
- 软件开发相关专业学历，具备敏捷迭代的理论和实践经验，做为项目经理具有5年以上工作经验。
- 有Scrum master的实战经验，熟悉客户端和云端软件开发的流程，有安全与合规的经验。
- 了解windows软件开发的常用技术，了解云服务的Devops基本过程。
- 具备流利的英文沟通能力，善于异地管理项目。
