The Blue Check Restaurant in Bushey is looking for a passionate, kind and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress with a minimum 3 years of experience in the same position to join our lovely team. Please note that previous experience is a MUST.
You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking guest orders, communicating orders well with the kitchen, offering menu recommendations and providing a seamless service to the tables. You will have the ability to build long-term rapport with both the guests and your team. You will be willing to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Welcome and greet all customers in a friendly, professional and sincere manner
- Deal with complaints appropriately and report them to the supervisor on duty
- Ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively
- To enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction
- To give full cooperation to any colleagues requiring assistance in a friendly and helpful manner
- Have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
