Payroll Social Security Specialist supports MX Social Security related documents, payments, accounting, analysis, audits, calculations, and files generation according to annual calendar.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Generate and review SUA files: for audit purposes, payments and reporting.
- Upload payments of IMSS, INFONAVIT and payroll taxes, provide and archive payment receipts.
- Manage payroll taxes providing TXT files, calculation, build journal entries and consolidate data.
- Support disability recovery process: manage invoices, accounting and autis.
- Daily support for employee movements: hire, terminations and modifications.
- Support any internal or external audit, or external special data requirement (IMSS or INFONAVIT)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting of related field- 2 or 3 years of previous experience in social security related operation.
- Intermediate level of English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High focus on delivering results and customer focus.
