Digital Marketing Executive [Panama]


 As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will use a combination of creativity, innovation, and practical marketing knowledge to deliver promotional messages and campaigns, increase product/mission awareness and maintain brand recognition. This position requires some technical ability with computer software to create or oversee the creation of graphics, videos, blog posts, and other interactive formats that are in line with your organization's branding goals. This position must have the requisite social/digital media skills to ensure that these campaigns are successfully implemented. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of SEO, (Search Engine Optimization) as well as growth tracking, ROI, web-related data analysis, and other metrics. This is a highly collaborative position so excellent teamwork and communication skills are vital; you should be comfortable communicating with teammates, other departments, program partners, and the public.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual digital marketing and communications strategy.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, Micro campaigns, etc.).
  • Build and develop of an outstanding digital platform; webinars; and any other digital technology required to deliver our message and achieve our outcomes.
  • Take day-to-day ownership of the content creation and management of the company website and other agreed digital platforms.
  • Other duties may include managing a company website or blog, assisting with content creation, job posting in social networks (e.g., photography, graphic design, charts, polls, scripts), analyzing relevant data and metrics, identifying new technologies and trends, and budget planning.

Technical Skills & Education Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or proven work experience of a minimum of 2+ years in digital transformation, digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Advance knowledge and use of marketing and design software.
  • Advance knowledge of SEO methodologies and tools.
