Job Responsibilities
- To profitably grow our market by maximizing Key Account satisfaction through offering value added products, services and integrated solutions.
- Is responsible for promoting the complete company portfolio at selected Key Accounts locally/regionally.
- Is committed to grow company business and profit according to agreed plan.
- Acts as the company ambassador who is building relations and continuously creating new adequate contacts at her/his accounts, with a main focus on highest possible level.
- Acts as the company speaking partner to the customer.
- Identify new and existing customer needs, providing solutions, introducing new products, and drafting quotes for project sales.
- Build up good and long-term relationships with customers, understanding and knowing their needs, machines, development life cycles and market trends.
- Establishes long term growth strategy at her/his accounts in coordination with VN Sales team and organizes sales and marketing activities accordingly.
- Be updated on technologies, products, and services available within the organization as well as from partners related to his/her areas.
- Handle performance and conformance complaints in accordance with quality procedures.
- Acts as the contact towards the market for developing new concept/ new offers in the area of company knowledge in close relation with company segment organization.
- Drive and maintain a sound and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders (Territory sales, Customer Service, distributors, Application Engineering, Global Key Account Managers etc)
- Collect and analyze customer market development, future business and trends as well as competition.
- Negotiate corporate contracts and projects in coordination with local sales team and global Key Account Managers.
- Be a speaking partner for high level decision makers at major Key Account customers.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Share knowledge, learnings, and success cases across the organization
- Ensure effective sales process with Sales Excellence approach and efficient utilization and allocation of resources.

Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field with Mechanical Engineering background.
- At least 5-year experienced sales engineer (Senior Level)
- High moral integrity, code of conduct
- Good understanding of marketing strategy, sales process, technique, and control system.
- Experience technical sales to various industries
- Targeted knowledge and approach, particularly on growing industrial segment and Supporting key drives clients
- Good spoken and written communication in English.
- Confident in negotiating with clients.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Local Vietnamese individual with good communication skill and teamwork ability.
- Travel within Vietnam and abroad.
- Customer focused, service minded and act with speed.
- Exhibit agility in uncertain and ambiguity situations
