HR Executive - Tanjung Langsat (MNC Industry) [Malaysia]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits as well as all administrative functions.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full employment cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding of employees.
  • Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical and insurance.
  • Ensure employee records are kept accurately and up-to-date.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors.
  • Manage employee welfare and employee queries on HR-related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects and programs.
  • Manage administrative functions including purchase of office stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
