RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits as well as all administrative functions.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
- Manage the full employment cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding of employees.
- Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical and insurance.
- Ensure employee records are kept accurately and up-to-date.
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
- Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors.
- Manage employee welfare and employee queries on HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects and programs.
- Manage administrative functions including purchase of office stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
