The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Job Description:
- Support Shopee Video Lead in developing an overall strategy. Understand market dynamics and be able to formulate a strategy that maximizes the potential of Shopee Video.
- Responsible for driving commercial impact (orders and Gross Merchandize Value).
- Ensure a sufficient supply of high-quality commercial videos. The scope may include identifying target segments of video creators, launching incentive programs, and continually monitoring and improving program performance.
- Plan budget and Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop best practices for cross-country or cross-team sharing.
- Frequently required to support communications with Senior Management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience in Management Consulting, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, or other related fields.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, analytical, open-minded, eager to learn, proactive, responsible, teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project/ time/ stakeholder management.
- Direct experience with short-video projects is a plus.
- Experience managing or driving commercial programs is a plus.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced working environment under a tight deadline.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
