Sales Logistics [Vietnam]


 
Job Description:

  • Meet assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers in categories A and B (C customers may also be considered based on regular volume).
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts.
  • Prepare service proposals and oversee the implementation of new business.
  • Act as an escalation channel for shipment handling in cases where customers escalate issues to the sales department.
  • Work collaboratively within the sales team to align with company strategy and policies, optimizing profitability in the Vietnam region and overall sales activities.
  • Generate sales leads for affiliated companies within the group, and handle, monitor, and follow up on leads generated by the group and its affiliates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors' actions.
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
  • Build positive and strong customer relationships by meeting existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings.
  • Identify potential new customers (categories A and B) and key decision makers/influencers within organizations.
  • Develop development plans and forecast growth projections.
  • Support Trade-Lane focus by collaborating with overseas sales teams and company branches to generate opportunities and onboard new business.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: College degree or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Development Manager.
  • Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategy-oriented mindset to achieve company targets.
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach.
Job Benefits:
  • Salary up to 45M gross.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Fixed 13th-month salary.
