Marketing Student Assistant, Hygiene

With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be part of a team that bring our leading brands to millions. You’ll take responsibility for marketing projects from the outset. You’ll gain new skills and experience and be fully included as part of our global team. This could include new product launches, in-store promotional activities or involvement with the creative approach. The key focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support of our marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
New and existing products development: A large part of the job is related to packaging artwork creation for the Nordic products portfolio - working closely with creative agencies and our Regulatory Team. Adapting Global design and text guidelines to Nordics' language and specific requirements. Also, collaborating with factories on the creation of new products references.
Portfolio management: Keeping the brands' portfolio overviews and online databank for the 4 Nordic countries up to date with the latest product descriptions and packshots.
Point of Sales materials creation: Supporting Local Sales and Marketing Teams with the creation on Point of Sales materials.
Performance tracking: Updating Nielsen sell-out dashboards and monitoring market and brands' performance.
Budget tracking: Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and managing budget trackers.
You will also support the Nordic Marketing Team with ad-hoc tasks such as Brand performance review or Brand presentations and as experience is gained, she/he will own tactical projects.
